What we need to price your ground
The published brackets help you set expectations. The on-site walk turns that range into a fixed project price before work begins.
Density
How tightly brush, saplings, and standing material fill the acreage.
Terrain
Slope, rock, wet ground, and other conditions that affect safe machine travel.
Access
Gate width, approach, staging room, and how easily the machine reaches the work.
Distance
Mobilization from our Patoka base, including charges that apply beyond 20 miles.
A lower per-acre bracket does not automatically mean a lower total. Small projects may fit the hourly structure, while larger or multi-day jobs may price more efficiently by the acre or day. We will explain which structure fits before you schedule.
