When you submit a free-estimate or contact form, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, phone number, email, the county and approximate acreage of your property, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to upload. We only ask for what we need to quote your job.
We also collect basic, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, referring source) through Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule an on-site estimate, and follow up about your project. If you opt in, we may send occasional updates or reminders. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed through our customer-relationship platform (HighLevel) so we can manage your request and stay in touch. We use Google Analytics for site measurement. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate or project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.
